Healthy eating vs. calorie counting

This is frequently a stumbling block for many of us who are trying to lose fat or change body shape. ‘Low fat’ frequently adds further to the confusion, along with ‘good fat vs. bad fat’. The bottom line is to keep it simple, by starting with figuring out your daily calorie needs and create a well balanced, varied diet that includes protein, carbohydrates, lots of vegetables, fruit and healthy fats.
