Exercise

Diets are definitely the biggest portion of a fat loss plan, and no amount of exercise will help you shed it if you’re still overeating. You’ve probably seen many people who exercise frequently yet still don’t seem to change shape. Chances are, their diet is not in check. Having said that, exercise is hugely important not just for modifying body shape (be it fat loss, muscle gain, or both), but for overall health, wellbeing and longevity.
