Deep-fried Foods

Deep-fried foods can be delicious, there’s no denying that, however they might not fit in with your healthy eating plan. A good alternative is to ‘oven fry’ by dipping chicken, fish or vegetables in buttermilk or egg, dredging in seasoned flour or breadcrumbs, then lightly coating with a spray of good quality cooking oil (put some oil in a spray bottle) and baking at 200C until crispy.
